First of all I would like to thank all the trainers
involved with the Fit & Lean 44 program for women,
for all your support and guidance. I feel that
joining this program was one of the best things I
could have done for myself. What I love the most,
is how everyone feels so welcome and comfortable
within the small groups of girls. I feel so much
better about myself and how I look. This program
has improved my self-confidence, my physical
strength and helped me understand what my body
really needed to get into better shape with the
regimented exercise, eating healthier food and
changing my eating habits. If you are looking for a
different program to reach your goal, and you have
not been able to find it, I would highly recommend
this program!

Not that I didn't think
I needed to, as I felt I was living life on the
edge, I originally joined Fit & Lean in 44 because
my friend wanted someone to go with her. I was
stressed, not sleeping, eating poorly and had little
or no energy. I have always been an avid walker and
this was suffering as my knees were very sore all
the time. As well I was not happy with the way my
clothes fit. Since joining Fit & Lean in 44 ten
weeks ago, I have found my stress and energy levels
have decreased, my strength and endurance for
walking has improved markedly, my sleep is
significantly better and as a bonus, all my clothes
are either too big or fit much better. Joe, Larry,
Steve, Brad, Duane and Jeremy push me to levels I
didn't know I had in me. Their expertise in fitness
training and proper sound nutritional advice make
following the program so doable. They take time to
answer our questions and work individually (even in
a group of 12) to ensure we are optimizing our own
fitness potential.

I've
never enjoyed exercising as much as I have at your
Fit & Lean Program. Never worked as hard either!
It must be the team atmosphere you encourage among
the members. As the oldest person (by far) working
out at SST, I particularly enjoyed being able to
keep up with the others, but at my own level.
On the first day I couldn't do a single push up; now
I do 3 sets of ten. The exercise routine has
improved my strength, my sleep, my mood, and I've
seen a significant reduction in pain as I contend
with Fibromyalgia. Thanks so very much. I'll see
you at the next session.

What
would I change in the program? Nothing - I love
it!!! You guys are GREAT, and really seem to have
an excellent handle on each individual, and how to
motivate them. I have never got this kind of result
in a program before.

After training at an all women's club for 4 years, I
began to tire of the fact that even though I was
doing personal training 2 times per week with cardio
workouts on 2 to 3 other days I was not seeing the
changes that I had been working so hard for. I came
to SST as a result of my teenaged son who had made
some incredible progress with his strength and
conditioning through his training here. I initially
started with individualized personal training and
nutritional analysis. After just 4 weeks, I saw a
visible difference in my strength , muscle
definition , endurance and reduction in body fat.
The program that was custom designed for me
certainly was working and the physical changes were
noticed by all.
I then decided to join Fit and Lean, unsure of how I
would feel working out in a group/class environment
after so many years in private or semi-private
training sessions. To my delight the group, though
vast in their abilities, pushed each other to the
top of their limits. The environment is controlled
and very supportive. Even though some of us have
compromised injuries, our coaches have provided
individual protocols for our training and
nutritional components which meet our personal
needs. We work very hard through each training
session and never feel embarrassed to ask questions
if we need further clarification on any aspect of
our training. The nutritional component is a unique
feature that SST offers. Our trainers can tell us
exactly where we are storing our body fat and how to
reduce it. This is a specialized program unlike any
I have ever participated in. The encouragement,
support and overall effectiveness of the training
that I have received since joining SST are unlike
any other training program that I have been a part
of.
